Telegram engagement groups - or “pods” - are communities where like-minded Instagram users share their posts in a large group chat to boost engagement. In simple terms, it’s a structured way to exchange “like for like” or “comment for comment”.

Most Telegram groups are part of a larger network/community of groups, and each individual group serves a different purpose — for example, some focus solely on likes, others on comments, follows, or a combination of actions.

Different groups also have different rules — for example, engaging with the last 10 or 20 posts, or interacting with all posts from the last 24 hours.

Some groups are also niche-specific or have requirements such as being verified or having a minimum amount of followers.

After joining a group or "pod", simply share your post link in the group after engaging with the most recent posts in that same group.

Each group will have its own set of rules & limitations. The most popular pods require either 10, 20, 30 or 50 likes and comments on posts before sharing your link and getting that same amount of engagement back on your own content. Always read the rules/description for each group as they function in different ways.

The groups will also have a leaching bot - if you don’t correctly engage with the recent posts before sharing your own, then you may be kicked from the groups. The more advanced groups also have Telegram tools in place to make it easier for you to systematically engage with each post so that it’s more efficient to use.

If you are going to use Telegram engagement groups, it’s important to NOT overdo it!
Keep in mind that you need to like and comment on other group members’ posts if you want to get engagement back on your own posts. This can be very time-consuming. Plus, excessive interactions in these groups may increase the chance of Instagram action-blocking your account.
